Left Ventricular Non-Compaction Revealed by a Sinus Node Dysfunction: Case Report and Literature Review

Left-ventricular non-compaction is a myocardial disease of the left ventricle, characterized by exces¬sive trabeculations. The diagnosis relies based on echocardiography and cardiac magnetic resonance imaging. We report case 23-years-old patient diagnosed for ventricular non compaction revealed sinus node dysfunction. This underlines importance using multimodality imaging approach to enable quick which can be followed appropriate treatment.
